How We Create Impact

We find communities where children fall through the cracks — Phaphamau, Naini, Jhunsi, Handia.
Educate
Free teaching centers, libraries, scholarships, and medical camps remove every barrier to learning.
Empower
Trained volunteers, engaged parents, and empowered students create lasting change.
Where Every Rupee Goes

We saw thousands of children in Prayagraj who wanted to learn but had nowhere to go. We decided to change that.
D P Tripathi, Founder & President
In 2023, D P Tripathi and Shubham Dubey set out with a conviction that education should never depend on a family's income. Starting with a single borrowed room in Phaphamau, they began teaching children who had dropped out of school — or had never enrolled.
What started as evening tuition for 15 students grew into a movement spanning five free libraries, regular medical camps, and a volunteer network of over 100 educators across Prayagraj district.
Jana Vidya Foundation is not backed by corporate money or political influence. Every rupee comes from individual donors who believe, as we do, that knowledge is the most powerful force for change.

Sunita Devi

“Before JVF opened the library in our neighborhood, my son had never held a proper book. Now he goes every evening after school and reads for an hour. His teachers say his Hindi has improved more in three months than in the past two years.”
