Impact through Education
Transforming lives in Prayagraj through free learning centers, libraries, scholarships, and community programs.
Who We Are
Jana Vidya Foundation is a registered education NGO in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India, dedicated to providing free education for underprivileged children. Founded in 2023, we believe that every child deserves access to quality learning — regardless of where they are born or what circumstances they face.
Our programs span village libraries and prison libraries across Prayagraj and surrounding districts, scholarships for students from low-income families, free medical camps for community health, and hands-on community workshops on digital literacy, hygiene, and financial awareness. Since our founding, Jana Vidya Foundation has reached over 500 students, established 5 free libraries, trained 100+ volunteers, and organized 10+ medical camps.
We are driven by a simple tagline: Impact through Education. If you want to volunteer with an NGO, donate to support education in India, or partner with a grassroots organization making a real difference, Jana Vidya Foundation welcomes you.

Voices of Impact
“Before JVF opened the library in our neighborhood, my son had never held a proper book. Now he goes every evening after school and reads for an hour. His teachers say his Hindi has improved more in three months than in the past two years.”
